Niron Hashai is an Associate Professor and the Albertson-Waltuch Chair in Business Administration in the School of Business Administration at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Israel. Niron currently serves as the Academic Director of the Asper Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation, The Academic Director of the Executive MBA, and the Head of the Strategy and Entrepreneurship Area at the school.
He obtained his BSc in computer sciences from the Technion and his MBA and PhD from Tel Aviv University. His research interests include: theory of the multinational corporation, technological innovation and internationalization, and growth patterns of small high technology firms. His research was published in top Strategic Management, international business and innovation journals. Niron serves on the boards of the Journal of International Business Studies, and the Global Strategy Journal, among others.
Niron also teaches at New York University and is a research fellow at the John H. Dunning Research Centre, University of Reading, UK. Niron is co-founder and member of the advisory board of the Israel Strategy Conference (ISC).
