Job description

Overview

Mellanox Technologies is looking for a Product Manager for its innovative Interconnect solutions for data communications, optical and electrical components and subsystems, transceivers, active and passive cables family of products.

Responsibilities

·         Gathering and defining product requirements (MRD)

·         Evangelizing new products within the company and the field

·         Creating product collaterals such as product briefs, datasheets, presentations, Q&A, supporting sales material and white papers

·         Work closely with R&D, operation and architecture teams on features definition

·         Work with Marketing, sales and customers to develop marketing campaign & program to build up product momentum in the market

·         Expertise in the areas of optical and electrical components and subsystems and technologies

·         Strong technological background - must

·         Demonstrated strong analytical and strategic thinking skills and the ability to translate those skills into creative, marketable products

·         Lead various technological and market facing initiatives

·         Determine business-case and feasibility of various projects

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English) as well as the ability to translate technology features into business benefits

·         Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work directly with customers

Qualifications

·         B.Sc. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering.

·         MBA is an advantage.

·         2-3 years of Product Management experience

·         Strong technological background is a Must.

·         Able to work independently with R&D, Operations, Marketing and Customers.

·         Proven experience with Agile, Saleforce and Business Intelligence (BI) systems.

·         Self-motivated to successfully promote owned products.

·         Fluent English and Hebrew.

·         Great interpersonal skills and an ability to work directly with large customers and strategic OEMs.

·         Travel required 30%
