Location: Tel-Aviv.

Rapidly growing travel technology company is looking for a self-driven and passionate candidate for the position of a Sales Team Leader to drive the efforts of 7 sales people team.

You will be joining a diverse and passionate company at the forefront of solving some of the most complex and daunting challenges in the travel distribution landscape.

Ideally, you have an analytical mind, insatiable curiosity and innate drive to overdeliver. In one word you’re a hustler. If that’s you

·         Organize and lead Enterprise and SMB’s market sales team

·         Coordinate the sales forecast process and provide accurate sales projections to support revenue forecasts.

·         Understand the mechanics of high-performing SaaS Sales operations, including inbound/outbound lead gen.

·         Familiar with modern SaaS Sales methodologies and organizational structures

·         Capable to manage a team of 5-10 SDR’s

Responsibilities:

·         Source and close deals with Enterprise and SMBs

·         Proactively execute business-to-business outreach to target high-value accounts.

·         Management of Sales Processes including, pitch structure, follow-up call content, follow-up materials and commercialization of deals.

·         Utilize CRM to build, manage and grow a healthy pipeline

·         Owning recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives

·         Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

Requirements:

·         4 years experience in establishment and management of sales teams

·         Proven and practical experience in negotiations with Enterprise and SMB’s organization

·         4 years of B2B sales experience in technology oriented environment

·         High levels of business acumen

·         Excellent leadership skills required, as well as the ability to lead and work in collaboration

·         English – Mother tongue level, Spanish is an advantage, other languages are the benefit

·         Self-motivated with an excellent work ethic.

·         Outstanding written and presentation skills for in-person or over the web meetings

·         Ability to perform well in an ever changing, fast-paced, start-up environment.

·         Ability to work independently, plan workload and deliver on commitments
