Job description

Outbrain is seeking an Account Manager to play a key role in helping to grow our business in Israel and EEMEA. Based out of Netanya, the Account Manager will work closely with the Business Development and Technical team, as well as liaise with the R&D team to support and engage the growing Outbrain community of top tier publishers.

Responsibilities

·         Manage every aspect of Publisher-Outbrain partnership

·         Identify strategic opportunities and upsell against them

·         Modeling techniques and methods

·         Defining configuration specifications and business analysis requirements

·         Carry out kickoff calls, widget implementation and optimization

·         Provide timely, consistent and accurate support and account management via phone, emails and direct contact

·         Modifies and monitors publisher data performance, and searching ways for improvement

·         Interfaces with other department leads to share ideas, communicate service offerings, and to identify and deliver new solutions for clients

·         Effectively creates and delivers client program reviews and opportunities

·         Leads data analysis of key metrics to identify, recommend and implement changes for increasing the performance of client programs

·         Meet and consult regularly with clients to understand priorities, review performance, and share product updates

·         Oversee technology integrations, with support from Technical Account Management and Product, to ensure smooth and successful launches

·         Create widget mockups for clients

Qualifications

·         2 years of digital/online marketing experience

·         Previous experience in Business / Systems Analysis

·         Proven ability and desire to interface with clients both remotely and face to face to provide timely, consistent and accurate support and account management

·         Ability to proactively work with high profile clients independently and within a team environment

·         Excellent quantitative skills and a proven ability to monitor, identify and present performance metrics

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·         Excellent time-management and organizational skills

·         Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint

·         Ability to execute efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment

·         Fluent and proficient in English (verbal and writing)
