Project Title: Data Science Approaches for Road Safety Analytics

About the Project

We are seeking highly motivated students to join our interdisciplinary research team at the Hebrew University Business School. Our project focuses on leveraging data science and analytics to improve road safety. The goal is to identify accident hotspots, predict potential accidents and develop actionable insights for policymakers to create safer urban environments. 

Qualifications  

Currently enrolled in a degree program (with a background in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics or a related field).

Strong programming skills in Python.

Experience with data analysis, machine learning and statistical modeling.

Familiarity with GIS software and spatial analysis techniques is a plus.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
